Kumquat

The exquisite Martha Plimpton & I made our first test batch of fair jam. Kumquat-Vanilla Bean marmalade. Josh said it was "refreshing & delightful." We'll see if the judges agree.

Next up, Pomegranate & Champagne jelly.
