To this! First time ever on his own on the ice. Only took four tries over two years. Kid's a natural.
Then we came home & broke out your Grandma's Christmas Village, as re-imagined by the crazy lady (me) on Rosemont Lane.

This looks so much like a great time!!! We have a tiny outdoor rink about 12 miles down the road then an indoor rink about an hour from here. I have only "skated" (if you could have called it that!) once when I was a child, but this makes me want to take the girls down somewhere to try it out!
